* Experience with AWS cloud (IAM, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, LAMBDA) Required 5 Years.
 * Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability Required 5 Years.
 * Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Required 5 Years.
 * Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills. Required.
 * Ability to communicate effectively at all job levels, use excellent evaluation skills, and ability to relay information in legible reports as required Required 5 Years.
 * Experience with AWS cloud services API Gateway, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, and ElastiCache Required 5 Years.
 * Experience with Cloud technologies & SaaS applications running on Cloud highly desired.
 * Strong experience with Cloud migrations/DevSecOps and implementations. Highly desired.
 * Experience leading organizations through major change initiatives Required 5 Years.
 * AWS Cloud Certified Required.
 * Experience with implementing one or more RPA technologies. Highly desired.
 * Experience collaborating with Federal, State and Local Government Desired.
 * Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project Desired.
 * Experience in establishing and implementing governance models for the Cloud Migration and transformation efforts across programs Highly desired.
 * Experience in IT and stakeholder relationship management required 5 Years.
