## Description

* Manage end-to-end application services for React.js, Spring Boot Microservices, and Core Java platforms, ensuring service availability, performance, and operational excellence.
 * Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities, driving timely resolution of issues and successful production deployments.
 * Monitor application health, performance metrics, and capacity trends, implementing improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.
 * Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to prioritize service enhancements and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
 * Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge management, and operational best practices across support and delivery teams.
