The primary responsibility is to develop and enhance the scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant control plane and operating system essential for managing large-scale photonic quantum computers. This role involves designing and implementing robust algorithms, controls, and software to ensure the quantum processors operate within specifications continuously. The engineer will focus on extending and scaling the core graph database system, which is central to controlling and managing the complex, heterogeneous fabric of co-processors, networks, and photonics.
