 * Classified DoD DevSecOps

## Description

* Lead CI/CD pipeline architecture and operations.
 * Establish container/Kubernetes deployment practices.
 * Lead Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation.
 * Integrate automated test and security gates.
 * Lead release/deployment automation.
 * Maintain pipeline observability, reliability, and recoverability.
 * Establish platform-engineering standards.
 * Coordinate with developers, cloud engineers, cyber, test, and configuration management.
 * Troubleshoot complex pipeline/platform issues.
