This position will serve as a consultant to support the customer's needs, and will be responsible for Tier 2 Support, creating test plans for the customer and subsequent testing, problem solve and shape solutions, and proactively investigate software issues. The contract is in year two of six working on an enterprise-level application for the customer., · Manage the standards, procedures, reporting (including creating and running standard and ad hoc reports) and overall functionality of the Meridian LMS.
