* Eigenständige Abwicklung von Ersatzteilanfragen - von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung und Nachverfolgung
 * Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Lager, etc.) zur Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeiten sowie der Einhaltung von technischen Anforderungen und Lieferzeiten
 * Bearbeitung von Rückfragen und Reklamationen
 * Datenpflege in den relevanten Systemen
 * Mitarbeit bei Reportings und an der Optimierung interner Prozesse
