## Description

Service Desk:

 + Du nimmst Supportanfragen telefonisch und über das Ticketsystem entgegen
 + Du analysierst und löst Störungen im 1st Level Support
 + Du unterstützt bei Fragen rund um Arbeitsplatz, Hardware, Software und Benutzerzugänge
 + Du dokumentierst Anfragen und Lösungen nachvollziehbar im Ticketsystem
 + Du leitest komplexere Themen gezielt an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten weiter
Field Support:
+

 + Du unterstützt Benutzer persönlich bei technischen Problemen
 + Du installierst und konfigurierst PCs, Notebooks, Monitore und Peripheriegeräte
 + Du führst Arbeitsplatzwechsel sowie Hardwaretausch durch
 + Du analysierst Störungen direkt vor Ort
 + Du betreust standardisierte IT-Arbeitsplätze und unterstützt bei Rollouts
