## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich HR Transformation, HR Technology oder SAP SuccessFactors
 * Mehrjährige Implementierungserfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
 * Ausgeprägte Kund:innenenorientierung durch Erfahrung in der Beratung und Freude an der Entwicklung langfristiger Kund:innenbeziehungen
 * Gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse, HR Operating Models oder digitale Transformationen mit Fokus auf die Analyse, Konzeption oder Implementierung von HR-Lösungen
 * Routine in der Durchführung von Workshops im Rahmen des Stakeholder-Managements
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams oder Workstreams
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)

 * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Zertifizierung
 * Erfahrung mit weiteren SuccessFactors-Modulen wie Recruiting, Performance & Goals oder Onboarding

## Description

* Beratung von Kund:innen und Aufbau langfristiger Kund:innenbeziehungen bei HR-Transformationen mit Schwerpunkt SAP SuccessFactors
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Neugestaltung von HR-Prozessen sowie Konzeption zukunftsfähiger HR Operating Models und HR-IT-Landschaften
 * Begleitung von SuccessFactors-Initiativen von der Strategie und Planung bis zur Implementierung
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Beratung zu fachlichen sowie technologischen Fragestellungen rund um HR Transformation und HR Technology
 * Steuerung von Implementierungsprojekten, Workstreams und Transformationsinitiativen
 * Unterstützung bei Angebotsprozessen, Business Development sowie der Weiterentwicklung unseres HR Transformation & HR Technology Portfolios
