## About the Role

* Strong ServiceNow development experience with significant CSM expertise.
 * Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform knowledge.
 * Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, portals, and security.
 * Good understanding of ServiceNow data models and development best practices.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable-

 * CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM certification.
 * Dutch and English or French and English MUST
 * Experience with CSM implementations, ATF, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow upgrades.
 * Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or FSM.

## Description

* Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM, including Case Management, Customer/Consumer Service, portals, SLAs, and Knowledge Management.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
 * Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
 * Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub solutions.
 * Troubleshoot issues and support testing, releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
 * Work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
