This team builds AI tooling and is expected to practice what it builds. * Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience * Solid backend engineering fundamentals: API design, distributed services, cloud-native development * Strong Python skills as our infrastructure and services are primarily Python-based * Sound grasp of SOLID principles and clean software design * Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, or similar managed AI/ML services) or similar cloud provider, such as Azure, GCP. * Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve from PoC to production Nice to have * AWS CDK experience (infrastructure-as-code) * AWS Bedrock AgentCore experience * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge base experience * Agent development experience LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Anthropic Agent SDK, or similar frameworks.
