Veiligheidsregio Utrecht zoekt een ervaren Functioneel Beheerder die ondersteuning biedt bij veranderingen in het applicatielandschap.

Als Functioneel Beheerder bij Veiligheidsregio Utrecht ondersteun je de organisatie tijdens verander- en implementatietrajecten binnen een complex applicatielandschap. Je analyseert en prioriteert gebruikersvragen, coördineert leveranciers, handelt incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken af en draagt bij aan de professionalisering van het functioneel beheer. Je zorgt voor kennisoverdracht en borging van werkwijzen, zodat de beheerorganisatie zelfstandig verder kan. Je werkt samen met diverse specialisten binnen het team Informatievoorziening.

Analyseren, beoordelen en prioriteren van gebruikersvragen - Coördineren en regie voeren op ondersteuning door leveranciers - Afhandelen van incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken - Ondersteunen bij implementatie- en verbetertrajecten - Bijdragen aan professionalisering van functioneel beheer - Zorgdragen voor aansluiting tussen gebruikers, processen en applicaties - Vastleggen van kennis en gemaakte afspraken
