You'll lead day-to-day testing activities, coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, and work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered with confidence. What you'll be doing: * Leading and coordinating testing activities across Salesforce projects and Agile delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Producing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Smoke Testing. * Validating Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security models, automation, and custom platform developments to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. * Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to improve regression coverage and support CI/CD delivery pipelines. * Managing defect lifecycle activities, including defect triage, prioritisation, resolution tracking, retesting, and deployment readiness assessments. * Providing testing leadership, quality reporting, stakeholder updates, and support to business users throughout testing and release activities.
