## About the Role

5 years minimum Experience of supporting Oracle Fusion, this includes HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management and EPM
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Strong experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes., Satisfactory employment references and CIFAS identity checks;
Satisfactory declaration of interest;

* Lead and manage internal Oracle Support Team
 * Supplier Management
 * Responsible for the timely resolution of defects
 * Co-ordination, progression and delivery of approved Change Requests
 * Chair Oracle Change Advisory Board
 * Budget management
 * Main contact for internal stakeholders
 * Responsible for ensuring controls and governance are in place and followed by the Support Team, wider Council Oracle users, and third party support partner.
 * Support the Council in identifying changes that will drive both monetary and non-monetary savings., Manage internal Oracle Support Team
Responsible for the integrity of Oracle System
Responsible for the timely resolution of Oracle System defects
Lead on identifying System enhancements that will benefit LBWF, providing efficiencies
Co-ordination, progression and delivery of approved change requests
Manage Oracle Change Advisory Board
Report to Oracle Governance Board
Supplier Contract Management
Budget Management
