from local government you will own the reusable SuccessFactors solution design for UK local government, providing the configured baseline that enables repeatable delivery.Our commercial model depends on solving common design problems once and applying the answer many times. You will define the standard architecture across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, govern deviations and ensure that each engagement improves rather than fragments the baseline.Own and maintain the standard SuccessFactors solution architecture for UK local government across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding.Define the local authority job architecture, organisational structure and position management model assumed by the baseline.Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops as senior design authority, distinguishing statutory requirements from preference-driven ern design changes, approve or challenge deviations and incorporate reusable enhancements into the
baseline.Own integration architecture between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance and relevant third-party systems.Set configuration and documentation standards and quality-assure output from module leads and consultants.Support pursuits with solution shaping, estimation and technical assurance.Act as design escalation point through build, test, deployment and hypercare.Identify risks and manage scope on engagements.Maintain awareness of emerging trends in SuccessFactors solution development.Maintain relationship with SuccessFactors product leads and sales teams.Lead people, provide guidance and support to team members.Connect to your skills and professional experience EssentialDeep hands-on SuccessFactors configuration expertise across Employee Central and at least one further module, gained across multiple full-cycle implementations.Proven solution architecture experience, including ownership of design standards and formal design governance.Proven leadership
experience with focus on risk and scope public sector delivery experience and practical understanding of local authority HR structures and statutory obligations.Strong integration knowledge, including SuccessFactors to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA employee and cost-centre integration.The judgement and authority to protect a standard design under client pressure and explain the rationale clearly.DesirableSAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and one or more additional modules.Experience defining a reusable or productised solution baseline for a sector.Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middleware.Experience designing HR and payroll data migration from legacy local authority systems.Some assignments require BPSS clearance and may require Security Check clearance, subject to role and client requirements.Connect to your business - Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
