## About the Role

* Firebase, Retrofit/OkHttp and Room.

 * Experience within the insurance sector or a similar regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to design, develop and maintain high-quality native Android applications, working closely with product, design, Back End and engineering teams., * Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.

 * Build modern interfaces using Jetpack Compose.
 * Integrate applications with REST APIs and Back End services.
 * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
 * Troubleshoot performance, stability and application issues.
 * Participate in code reviews and Agile delivery.
 * Support CI/CD and application releases.

Essential Experience

 * Strong commercial Android development experience.
 * Excellent Kotlin and Android SDK knowledge.
 * Jetpack Compose.
 * MVVM/Clean Architecture.
 * REST APIs and JSON.
 * Coroutines/Flow.
 * Hilt/Dagger dependency injection.
 * Unit and UI testing.
 * Git/version control.
