Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Asset Data Administrator to be part of our exciting journey. Your Role: · You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Tidworth and Bulford Asset and Data Team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. · You will maintain accurate documentation, support data integrity, and facilitate smooth operational workflows. · You will adhere to ADSL's Values and Standards and comply with company management policies and procedures. · You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset and Data Team daily, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks. · You will prepare and organise pre-survey documentation for monthly allocated asset
condition survey work orders, including compiling relevant files and ensuring accuracy and completeness. · You will develop RHFI pre-survey documentation and mapping, ensuring all required data is captured and formatted correctly for operational use.
