 * Proven track record of contributing to the delivery of complex digital products across the full stack.
 * Deep, practical experience working with modern backend frameworks, such as .NET C#.
 * Hands-on, practical experience building responsive web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
 * Familiarity or experience with modern cloud tools and patterns, such as Azure, Durable Functions, Event Sourcing, SQL, and Docker.
 * A strong understanding of SOLID principles, UI/UX implementation best practices, maintainability, and industry-standard security practices.
 * A supportive, encouraging communication style with a passion for mentoring team members and providing uplifting, constructive feedback.

## Description

* Full-Stack Architectural Delivery: Collaborating to design and deliver robust end-to-end web applications, pairing intuitive React interfaces with modular, scalable backend subsystems.
 * Quality & Security: Championing high standards through constructive peer reviews, establishing defensive application security measures, and guiding thoughtful testing strategies across unit, service, and frontend levels.
