As a Systems Support Assistant in our Business Systems team, you will provide first-line support for system and data requests, maintain accurate information across business systems and support colleagues with day-to-day queries. You'll play an important role in ensuring requests are handled efficiently, approved updates are processed accurately and our systems continue to support the needs of the business Where You'll Be Working At Shepherd Neame, our Support Office in Faversham, Kent is the hub that keeps our brewing tradition thriving.
