## About the Role

delivery controls.Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change management activities.Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to support successful implementation and adoption.Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Expertise & ExperienceProven experience leading ERP implementation projects or programmes through the full project lifecycle.Previous experience working within SAP environments is essential.Experience supporting or delivering SAP implementation programmes is highly desirable.S/4HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.Experience managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third-party vendors.Strong project governance, stakeholder management and risk management capability.Experience delivering business change alongside systems implementation.Experience within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, wholesale or supply chain environments would be

You will take ownership of a business-critical implementation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver significant operational and systems change.This is a highly visible role combining project leadership, business change and stakeholder management, with responsibility for guiding a major ERP implementation from planning through to successful deployment and adoption.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through to go-live and business adoption.Manage implementation partners, third-party suppliers and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timelines are effectively managed.Establish programme governance, reporting structures and
