Ability to identify and articulate real estate, technical, and construction requirements. - Proficiency in negotiating legal documents and collaborating with legal teams., Knowledge and experience in the data centre industry, ideally colocation or hyperscale. Ability to understand and communicate high-level technical requirements related to electrical, power & cooling, fibre optics, and other aspects of internet infrastructure. - Experience in transaction, project, or program management. - Strong understanding of alternative real estate transaction approaches, structures, and best practices, as well as related development processes and commercial/industrial site selection - Fluency in German, French or Spanish. ## Description The AWS Data Centre Supply Solution Team is looking for an Associate based in London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute on strategies to expand our Data Centre portfolio and related infrastructure.
