## About the Role

* Hands on SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience gained on a full cycle implementation.
 * Experience across the delivery lifecycle, including testing, cutover and hypercare.
 * Clear written communication and a careful approach to documentation.
 * Willingness to work to a standard design and defined plan.

Desirable

 * SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central. Additional modules a plus.
 * UK public sector delivery experience.
 * Payroll configuration or parallel-run experience.
 * Exposure to SAP Activate or comparable delivery methodologies.
 * Some assignments require BPSS clearance and may need Security Check clearance, subject to role and client requirements.

## Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals focusing on Employee Central to join our team. Working with stakeholders from local government you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, turning the standard plan into a working solution. You will work across engagements under a module lead, configuring against a reusable baseline and building depth in UK local government HR and payroll.

Connect to your role

 * Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central against the standard baseline and document the solution.
 * Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, capture requirements accurately and identify requests that deviate from the standard design.
 * Build and execute unit and system test scripts, and support clients through user acceptance testing.
 * Support data migration, including data preparation, load and reconciliation.
 * Investigate and resolve defects through testing and hypercare.
 * Produce clear configuration and handover documentation to agreed standards.
 * Feed practical improvements into the reusable baseline and task library.
 * Experience supporting integrations across Payroll, Finance or Talent solutions would be valuable.
 * Confidence participating in client workshops, presentations, training and knowledge-transfer activity.
 * An interest in AI and emerging HR technology trends, and how they can improve delivery and user experience.
 * Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
 * Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
 * Stay up to date on the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
 * Provide guidance and support to team members.
