* Trading sector background - with strong experience of trading applications (eg ETRMS), both Legacy and cloud
 * Strong Analytics experience (eg Databricks)
 * Energy sector experience (Desirable)
 * Cloud native (Azure)
 * DevOps expertise - eg Promotes CI/CD, Orchestration, FinOps etc.
