The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll join our ISTM Tooling team, working within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting innovative ServiceNow solutions that help drive service excellence for both our customers and internal teams. You will: * Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. * Build and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, and user interfaces. * Create automated business processes using workflows, scripts, and APIs. * Configure and customise ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. * Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and business systems. * Develop and maintain CMDB integrations and data quality processes. * Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. * Support ServiceNow upgrades and new releases, ensuring stability and continual improvement. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. * Create clear technical documentation and provide user guidance where needed. * Identify opportunities to maximise ServiceNow capabilities and improve service delivery. * Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider team., * Access to our LinkedIn Learning platform, with over 16000 expert-led online tutorials to enhance and achieve your personal and professional goals. * Healthcare cash plan.
