Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day administration and coordination of the London studio whilst supporting another officeManage calendars and travel bookings for the studioEnsure the studio remains welcoming, organised and presentableSupport with onboarding and offboarding process for employeesTroubleshoot any IT queries and manage equipmentSupport with general finance administration (expenses and invoices)Ensure health and safety records documentation are maintainedPlan studio events and company activitiesSupport the managing director with occasional PA duties Key Skills / Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience in the creative industries, ideally in architecture, wayfinding or engineeringFriendly, sociable and confident, and able to communicate well

About The Role:The Crowd are partnered with a leading, mid-sized international design practice that specialises in creating people-centred environments through wayfinding, product design and urban design projects. They are looking for a proactive and friendly Studio Administrator to join their creative and collaborative London studio. This role combines studio administration, people support and IT support, ensuring teams have the resources, systems and support they need to work effectively. The successful candidate will coordinate meetings and travel, support employee onboarding and recruitment administration, assist with finance and IT processes, maintain compliance records, and help manage key business systems like CMAP and Microsoft 365. The ideal will candidate will be a creative minded, sociable and hardworking individual who is ready to take a step into a studio environment that offers growth and career development.
