 * Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz (z.B. PRINCE2 o.ä.) und kennst idealerweise auch agile Vorgehensmodelle.
 * Du hast fundiertes Prozess- und Systemverständnis (z.B. ERP, WMS, TMS / Schnittstellenumgebungen).
 * Du verbindest Kommunikationsvermögen und Eigeninitiative mit Lösungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz.
 * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist zu projektbezogenen Reisen (ca. 20 %) bereit.

## Description

* Du leitest anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte im Logistikumfeld der FIEGE Gruppe - von der Ausschreibungsphase bis zum Projektabschluss.
 * Du steuerst eigenständig den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus inklusive Controlling, Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement.
 * Du verantwortest die Anforderungsanalyse, Konzeption und Sicherstellung der technischen Implementierung im weiteren Projektverlauf.
 * Du übernimmst die Projektkommunikation in interdisziplinären Teams und schaffst Transparenz für alle Stakeholder.
 * Du moderierst Workshops zu Prozessdesign, Optimierungen und Systemimplementierungen.
 * Du wirkst aktiv im IT-Tender- und Solution-Design-Umfeld mit und unterstützt bei der Ausgestaltung und Kalkulation von Kontraktlogistiklösungen.
 * Du gestaltest und entwickelst die gruppenweite IT-Projektorganisation und -methodik weiter.
