 * Gesamtverantwortung für den Projekterfolg (Zeit, Budget, Qualität)
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung
 * Zentrale Koordination aller Projektstreams sowie Steuerung interner und externer Stakeholder (inkl. DevOps)
 * Reporting
 * Aufbau einer effizienten Projekt- und Kommunikationsstruktur inkl. KPI-basierter Fortschrittsmessung
 * Entwicklung von Migrationsmethoden und Aufbau einer Migration Factory
