Es geht nicht um First-Level-Support, nicht um reine Administration und nicht um eine Junior-Einstiegsrolle, sondern um produktive Systeme, saubere Deployments und belastbare Automatisierung., * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer oder System Engineer mit DevOps-Schwerpunkt

 * Sichere Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools
 * Gute Linux-Kenntnisse im produktiven Betrieb
 * Erfahrung mit Skripting oder Automatisierung
 * Kenntnisse in Container-Technologien
 * Verständnis für Netzwerke, Security, Monitoring und Deployment-Prozesse
 * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und saubere Dokumentation
 * Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
 * Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für produktive Systeme zu übernehmen
Nice to have

 * Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code
 * Cloud-Erfahrung mit AWS, Azure oder Google Cloud
