Profil * Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Tech-Stack: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Ökosystem (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Intune) sowie in modernen Workplace- und Sicherheitstechnologien - idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld. * Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering,
Prozessmanagement (BPMN, UML) sowie im agilen Projektumfeld (z. B. als Product Owner). * Skills: Analytische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Stärke in der Stakeholder-Kommunikation und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau).
