 * Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz
 * Lösungsorientierter und pragmatischer Umgang mit Herausforderungen
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Gutes technologisches und methodisches Grundverständnis im Bereich IT-Security, z. B. Endpoint-Security, Identity & Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access oder SIEM
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis relevanter Angriffsvektoren und moderner Cyber-Taktiken (z. B. Phishing) von Vorteil

## Description

* Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden vor Ort, in den Niederlassungen und im Außendienst
 * Installation und Administration von Clients sowie Einrichtung zentraler IT-Services wie VPN, Microsoft 365 oder SAP
 * Bereitstellung und Administration unserer Communication Services, darunter Microsoft Teams und Mobile Services
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration unserer internen Datacenter Services, z. B. Server, Storage, Netzwerk und Firewall
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Security in der Unternehmensgruppe
