## About the Role

Du baust eine Skill- und Capability-Library mit wiederverwendbaren Bausteinen auf und definierst Leitplanken für den sicheren Einsatz von KI (inkl. EU AI Act Konformität).

 - Du förderst Wissensaufbau und Community Aktivitäten, z. B. durch Demos, Ask Me Anything Sessions und interne Kommunikationsformate. ## Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit starkem Technologie- oder Datenbezug, idealerweise im KI-Umfeld.
 - Tiefgreifendes technisches Verständnis von AI Use Cases und Architekturen sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, um das Engineering-Team auch aktiv bei der technischen Umsetzung zu unterstützen.
 - Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Business und IT.
 - Kenntnisse im Bereich Governance, Compliance oder regulatorischen Anforderungen sind von Vorteil.
 - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. ## Benefits: - 30 Tage Urlaub
