* Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer hochverfügbaren Cloud-Infrastruktur auf Basis von OpenStack
 * Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-, Konfigurations- und Deployment-Prozessen mit Ansible, Git und CI/CD
 * Administration und Patch-Management zentraler OpenStack-Komponenten wie Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone und Glance
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Storage- und Monitoring-Lösungen sowie Lösung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-/3rd-Level
 * Mitgestaltung der Cloud-Roadmap und Evaluierung geeigneter Open-Source-Technologien
