Experienced in working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus. * Strong expertise in any or all of the following fields: prediction and perception, planning, end-to-end learning, vision-language-action models, world models for driving, reinforcement learning, fine-tuning of vision-language-models, machine learning safety concepts. * Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments (training, inference, monitoring). * Thorough understanding of automated driving functions and their typical software stack. * Very good written and spoken English skills.
