 * Serviceorientiertes Auftreten und hohes Maß an organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
 * ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Hohe Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder
 * sehr gutes Deutsch (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen per Telefon mit entsprechender Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 * Klassifizierung und Priorisierung der IT-Anfragen
 * Proaktive Nachverfolgung von Störungen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Erstlösung
 * Koordination der Störungsbeseitigung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support
 * Mitwirkung in IT-projekten zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme
