## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich FP&A und/oder (IT-)Projektcontrolling in einem international tätigen Unternehmen; Erfahrung im IT-Kostencontrolling von Vorteil.
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Medizintechnik- oder Gesundheitsumfeld.
 * Komplexe Sachverhalte können Sie verständlich, prägnant und adressatengerecht aufbereiten und auch gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern überzeugend vermitteln.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und SharePoint.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise in den Modulen SEM-BCS, CO und BW.
 * Erste Erfahrung mit modernen Frontend- und BI-Tools, z. B. Power BI, von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Aktive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse und -Strukturen hin zu einer leistungsfähigen und zukunftsorientierten Organisation.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Partnern zur effektiven Ressourcensteuerung und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Mittelverwendung.
 * Unterstützung des Managements bei finanzwirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsprozessen durch fundierte Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
 * Durchführung laufender Soll-Ist- und Abweichungsanalysen der Kostenentwicklung sowie Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
 * Aufbereitung komplexer Finanzinformationen in aussagekräftigen Reports und Management-Präsentationen zur transparenten Entscheidungsunterstützung.
 * Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen im Controlling.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Digitalisierungs-Roadmap, insbesondere im Bereich moderner Frontend-Tools und Dashboards.
 * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungs- und Cost-Tracking-Konzepten für IT-Projekte.
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Prozessen und Automatisierungslösungen im IT-Controlling.
