* At least 5 years of experience;
 * Strong knowledge of AWS and services including RDS, EKS, and ElastiCache;
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins;
 * Knowledge of IaC best practices;
 * Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or NodeJS;
 * Experience with incident management and resolution;
 * Familiarity with security best practices and implementing robust security controls for sensitive insurance-sector data;
 * English at C1 level.

## Description

* Monitor systems with Dynatrace;
 * Manage and resolve incidents;
 * Participate in on-call rotations supporting clients during their business hours in a different time zone.
