Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals. * + Experience with working in a diverse, remote, asynchronous team * + Proficiency in written and spoken English ## Description This position is suited to a software engineer with practical experience building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and cloud-based applications. The role contributes to AI-enabled product capabilities, including integration with AI and LLM-based services, while working with guidance from senior engineers for complex architecture and design decisions. This role is expected to deliver well-scoped tasks independently, collaborate effectively with product and engineering colleagues, and follow established engineering practices for quality, security, testing, and maintainability. The work is weighted toward new feature development, with some operational support, documentation, and continuous improvement activities as part of normal team delivery.
