This role transforms business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging integrations, automation, data management, and AI-enabled development practices to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency., A hands-on technology leader responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the MarTech infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is not a purely managerial role; it requires direct involvement in platform administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation while coordinating specialized vendors and development partners when needed., * Own and administer HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, workflows, automations, reporting, and data governance. * Manage Shopify operations, including storefront functionality, applications, themes, checkout processes, and data flows. * Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platform reliability and performance. 2. Integrations, Automation & Data Flow * Design, implement, and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Shopify, and internal or third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions. * Develop automations that eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy. * Ensure reliable and secure data flow across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, analytics, and business systems. * Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and platform standards., * Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate them into practical technical solutions. * Convert commercial and operational requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows. * Ensure all MarTech initiatives align with corporate IT architecture, security standards, and data governance policies. * Prioritize and deliver a continuous roadmap of platform enhancements and optimization initiatives. 4.
