## About the Role

+ Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile, full-stack environments.
 + Strong background in backend and or mobile development, preferably with Kotlin or SwiftUI.
 + Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows is highly desirable.
 + Demonstrated ability to deliver predictable, high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management.
 + Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent.
 + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
 + Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, and User Story Mapping.
 + Passion for building team culture aligned with customer-first and growth mindset values.
 + You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!

Join DKB Code Factory as an Engineering Manager leading the Business Banking Self Credit team. In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing full-stack engineering team, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation that directly impacts our Business Banking customers. This is a unique opportunity to own both people leadership and technology strategy in a dynamic, agile environment.

 + Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals.
 + Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.
 + Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.
 + Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure smooth integration.
 + Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in close collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders.
 + Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies.
