## About the Role

Brassage réseaux Reporting Profil recherché : De formation Bac+2 en Informatique (ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire; idéalement en support au sein d'une grande entreprise. La pratique de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit) au niveau professionnel est indispensable. Vous maîtrisez les problématiques de niveau 1 sur Windows 10.11, Active Directory, un outils ITSM (GLPI ou autre) la gestion des droits, ainsi que les protocoles et services réseaux de base. Pour réussir sur ce poste, il vous faudra faire preuve d'un grand sens du service afin de veiller à la satisfaction du client. Vous devez aussi adopter une approche organisée et fiable. Travail en équipe, confiance en soi, facilité à communiquer sont des atouts qui retiendront l'attention de notre client.
