## Description

Diagnostic, analyse et résolution des pannes et dysfonctionnements informatiques

 - Prise en charge des incidents, escalade et suivi selon les processus et référentiels en place
 - Installer, configurer et mettre à jour les matériels et logiciels informatiques
 - Déployer et maintenir les applications métiers et bureautiques
 - Réaliser des opérations de troubleshooting (poste de travail, réseau local, imprimantes...)
 - Participer à la gestion du parc informatique local : inventaire, remplacement matériel, mises à disposition
 - Contribuer aux projets en cours : migration cloud - Intune, évolutions autour de Microsoft, optimisation des postes
