The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with a good understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM and Financials processes. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions., Project & Program Management * Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects. * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. * Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. * Drive project governance, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting. Stakeholder Management * Partner with business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors. * Facilitate requirements workshops and solution review sessions. * Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project escalations. * Act as the primary point of contact between business and implementation teams. Oracle ERP Delivery Oversight * Coordinate implementation activities across Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM workstreams. * Ensure alignment of business requirements with solution design. * Oversee testing, data migration, integration, cutover, and go-live activities. * Support business process transformation initiatives and organizational change management.
