## Description

Data Centre Engineers work on shifts that contribute towards providing support services 24x7x365 and report to the local Service Delivery Manager.

This role will require working from a Primary site (Slough or Woking) as well as to cover locations across Greater & Central London.

What you'll be doing as our Data Centre Engineer:

 * Installations
 * Decommissions
 * Nlyte
 * Health Checks
 * Changes
 * Incidents
 * Access Requests
 * Handovers
 * Stock
 * Switch Port Inventory
 * Receipt and receive parts and devices.
 * Failed Media Disposal Process
 * Rota
 * Other
 * Ensure Office & Storerooms are kept organised.
 * Ensure punctual attendance for all meetings.
 * Ensure punctual attendance in the office.
 * Ensure emails from client are responded to in a timely manner.
 * Proactively suggest and seek improvements and efficiencies in all everyday tasks and processes.
 * Support the DCM, DCS & SDM in providing an excellent service to the client.
