Desirable Experience * Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration programmes. * Experience with SAP migration tooling such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services or SAP BTP. * Experience with ETL tools and data transformation technologies. * Experience migrating data across multiple countries, business units or legal entities. * Previous experience within consulting or large-scale systems integration environments. * Experience with ERP transformation, carve-outs, acquisitions or global template rollouts. * Relevant data, technology or project management qualifications. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to take ownership of data migration activities across a major business transformation or ERP programme. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end migration life cycle, from strategy and planning through data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and cutover. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and third-party implementation partners to ensure data is migrated accurately, securely and in line with programme timelines.
