 * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems and machine learning models

 * Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and deep learning techniques
 * Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and search quality
 * Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training and search indexing
