## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 0-5 years of relevant experience with Associate's degree.
 * Strong programming skills with proficiency in C#, PowerShell, SQL, VB6/VB.NET
 * Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organize, and execute projects
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
 * A strong work ethic, high motivation, and Self- Starter

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience or coursework in software programming and scripting
 * Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and system hardening principles
 * Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
 * Familiarity with database management or reporting tools
 * Primary support for Windows and Linux environments; comfortable navigating both CLI and GUI for administration and troubleshooting.
 * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting in a large-scale enterprise environment.

## Description

* Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing IT infrastructure and applications
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues
 * Assist with deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of servers, workstations, and virtual environments
 * Participate in software development, scripting, and automation projects to improve operational efficiency
 * Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
 * Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
 * Partner with operations, engineering, and business teams to implement technical solutions
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization projects
 * Lead capital projects from concept through implementation
