- Kenntnisse im Bankenumfeld oder in regulierten Branchen von Vorteil

- Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsvorhaben

 

Applikationsmanagement

 
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Fachanwendungen
- Koordination von Updates, Tests und Changes
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

 

Dienstleistersteuerung

 
- Steuerung und Überwachung externer IT-Dienstleister
- Bewertung von Angeboten und technischen Lösungsvorschlägen
- Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Beschaffungsvorhaben

 

Operativer IT-Betrieb

 
- Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets und Anwenderanfragen
- Unterstützung im IT-Support
