## Description

 * Sie übernehmen die Projekteinsatzplanung für das Team auf Basis von MS Project und Planisware
 * Sie begleiten den Einstellungsprozess für neue Mitarbeiter
 * Sie unterstützen die Projektleitungen bei Informationsaustausch, Konfliktlösung und Koordination unterschiedlicher Disziplinen
 * Sie erarbeiten technische Lösungsansätze, Systemarchitekturen und -designs sowie Spezifikationen und sind für deren Implementierung verantwortlich
 * Sie arbeiten mit in Projekt- oder Angebotsteams
 * Sie analysieren und definieren Anforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Projekt bzw. dem Kunden
