 * Langjährige Berufserfahrung in IT / Informationssysteme
 * Erfahrung mit Docker, Linux-Containern / Containerisierung und Cloud-Technologien sowie Kubernetes (Cluster-Management, Helm, RBAC, Operator-Modelle)
 * Erfahrung im Monitoring & Logging, Infrastructure as Code, Secret Management und IAM-Lösungen wünschenswert
 * Verständnis von Cloud-Plattformen, Microservices und MLOps von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CI/CD-, GitOps-Tools (GitLab, Jenkins), Linux-Systemen und Shell-Scripting wünschenswert
 * Sehr guter Umgang mit Unix und Python
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
