standards across the Medicine domain. * At the same time, you establish a federated operating model, enabling data-owning functions to actively contribute to and co-own Medicine-level metadata and standards. * By ensuring a harmonized approach, you drive consistency of metadata practices across initiatives and domains while guiding MDR implementation and collaborating closely with external vendors. * With a strong focus on data value, you ensure that metadata supports discoverability, traceability, trustworthiness, and audit readiness throughout the data lifecycle. * In addition, you align data semantics, structure, and flows, thereby creating a coherent and integrated data landscape across all Medicine domains. * You also ensure the adoption and consistent application of enterprise data standards, embedding them into key initiatives and operational processes. * Finally, you translate and consolidate requirements from strategic initiatives into a scalable, reusable data backbone
