 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Administration von Odoo oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikationsstärke
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Plattform Spark Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

 * unserere digitale Plattform CYCAP ONE, die ERP, CRM und Prozessmanagement in einer AI-first Architektur bündelt
 * Betrieb und Optimierung zentraler Azure-Services wie Front Door, API Management, Container Apps und Web Apps
 * Konfiguration, Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung unserer PostgreSQL-Datenbanken
 * Verantwortung für den Betrieb unserer Databricks-Umgebung (Workspace, Cluster, Jobs)
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines für Frontend, Backend, IaC und Databricks
 * Automatisierung der Infrastruktur-Provisionierung sowie Implementierung moderner DevOps-Praktiken
 * Aufbau von Monitoring-Dashboards, Alerting-Strukturen und Reporting
 * Durchführung von Incident-Response, Root-Cause-Analysen sowie Kapazitäts und Kostenoptimierungen
 * Verantwortung für Updates, PatchManagement, Backups und Disaster-Recovery-Konzepte
